"This is one of the worst companies I have ever seen hands down! He contracts for American Home Sheild, he lies to them to get out of work, he doesn’t show up to do the work, will NOT reply to messages or return phone calls. Seems like a con artist. Avoid at all cost, he will leave you set sweltering in the summer heat and doesn’t care."

"We had our inside and outside Central Heat and Air units both replaced in August. When it got down to 20 degrees a few weeks ago, our heat would not come at all. He would not take our phone calls, and just text us to turn the emergency heat on. That still was not working and he was refusing our calls and texts so we got another contractor out to take a look. Arctic Breeze installed a unit with NO HEAT pump! We have to have a whole new outdoor unit installed 2 months after Arctic Breeze installed the new one. He met our three young children and all of our animals. He was so nice and kind to everyone, and he knew he was leaving us without heat when we get down to sub-freezing temps. Do NOT use!!!"

"Over this past holiday our A/C stopped working, it would run but wasn't kicking out any cool air. As I was explaining our issues to Rick he was able to troubleshoot it over the phone. Within a couple of hours he stopped over and got us back up and running cool air again. Great job and thanks for saving the day."
