"Was in the store yesterday, 01-15-2024. The shelves were sparsley stocked and many, many items were completely out of stock. THERE WAS NO JEWELRY IN THE JEWELRY CASES! Those cases were filled with what appeared to be closeout merchandise, only. Is this location going out of business???? It certainly appears so. Employees did not seem as friendly as usual. Something is wrong here!"

"Our checkout person was excellent. She was helpful, friendly, very good at offering Kohls credit. In the past, I have probably declined applying for a card but Jocelyn was patient and helpful in articulating the card benefits. When I asked if she was the manager, she said she was not since she was only 19. As a businessperson I believe she is able and mature enough to be in management."
