"I can't say enough good things about Neil! He is a professional that knows his trade. It's never a good thing to have your well pump go out. I called Neil and he showed up within hours, even though he was backed up with jobs. He told me that my well pump was still under warranty and to call the original installer. I didn't know that. He could have sold me a new pump but told me the truth instead. I called the original installer and he said that he would warranty it. The next morning I received a call and the guy said he wouldn't stand by his warranty. Neil showed up that day and said that he would take care of the warranty with the pump manufacturer. He didn't have to do that. It shows his character and his customer service. Luckily, the pump wasn't bad and it ended up being a burned wire. I wouldn't call anyone else but Neil for well pump problems."
