"Seeking therapy is hard enough with encountering rude and uninformed staff. This place seems to have some qualified therapists if you can get past the woman who answers their email. First, Darla, the woman I emailed with, did not bother reading the entire email I sent. Then, when I replied asking my question again, not only was she rude, she was inaccurate. She told me, “Nobody here takes any Medicare Advantage plans,” when all their providers are listed in Anthem Medicare Advantage PPO’s provider list. I’ll be seeking therapy elsewhere."

"I started Synergy IOP program approximately a year ago. When I started I was very mentally ill, struggling with severe depression and ptsd and all that comes along with that. When you walk into Synergy, you are greeted by all the staff who are very clearly there to help you and make you as comfortable as possible. I began attending their classes five days a week that range from everything about DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) to Positive Psychology, Mindfulness for Addiction, Healthy Relationships, Co-Occurring Disorders, Coping Strategies and more... They work very hard with your insurance to ensure the most coverage that is possible. Also, the therapists there are trained in EMDR therapy, which has been vital to the healing process of my ptsd and depression.
