"I've purchased 3 Panasonic Toughbooks from Doc's & NEVER had a issue! They work perfectly! I had questions & I got answers & I also had all 3 custom spec'ed to my needs & that was over a 2 year time span & they still work so those bad reviews that others posted is simply rude or they had faulty hardware & that isn't unheard of! Just a F.Y.I. My boss bought one from Canada & it lasted 3 months & they didn't honor ANY type of warranty! MY SUGGESTION is to talk to Doc's & educate yourself & listen to his suggestions! Would I buy from them again? YOU BETCHA! All 3 are STILL working to this very day! THANK YOU Doc's for being the "BEST" place to get a Toughbook - Clay H."

"Jeff is amazing! Bought a Toughbook CF-53 from them. They shipped it fast and securely packaged it to protect it. It came with a 12 volt charger that didn't work right. When I contacted them, they said they would replace it. I sent the defective one back and received the replacement within 4 days of them receiving it and the replacement charger works perfect. I'm very happy with the computer I received and the amazing customer service. I would gladly buy from them again. Thanks again for for working with me to get the computer I wanted and sorting out the charger issue!"

"Purchased 2 toughbooks, both in nearly new condition when refurbished. Product was excellent, support is even better. Even out of warranty, a local shop near me updated my computer to windows 10, the GPS stopped working. Jeff spent time with me on the phone with simple instructions, and e-mailed me links to introduce software that was left out during update. Clearly no fault of his. DOC’s stands by his product & customers. Wouldn’t buy anywhere else! Thanks DOC. PS, no other shop, including Panasonic support could resolve my problem."

The owner is very genuine, he apologized sincerely for any lack of communication. I can understand falling behind with work. I own a business and I hope that my customers can be patient with me as I continue to perform quality work. Quality work takes time. Jeff took time to diagnose my laptop and repair the issues. I will be receiving the laptop soon, hopefully everything will work as it should. I do recommend this business."
