Pool Guy

"The owner is not a good person, my son used to work there for several years and this guy Kirk step total advantage of my son working him I'm like 7 in the morning until 7 at night during the summer. Apparently the guy used to be some kind of an accountant and offered to do my son's taxes for him one year. Next thing my son knows he's being audited by the IRS. Kurt didn't even try to help him didn't contact the IRS didn't explain to my son what had happened or what was going to happen, next thing my son knows the return that he got has to be returned to the IRS to the sum of almost $3,000. My son was only twenty-three maybe 24th to time and had no clue as to what he needed to do and Kirk made absolutely no effort to help him at after screwing up his tax return! Next thing my son knows he's training a guy that is going to replace him, so my son immediately quit. Now i hear Kirk is totally unreliable. Says he'll be there and doesn't show, sometimes taking 2 to 3 calls from client rescheduling and rescheduling. His staff isn't trained properly leaving people with pools that still leak. One of those places that I would never ever walk into!"

"coming to take a look at our pool this coming weekend. First time here. So can't comment on work but if it is anything like his attitude on the phone, he's a keeper. Helpful. Friendly. Even tho he's probably way overloaded with pools willing to help us out. My prescription is forget calling the DR. and give the pool guy a call."

"My experience is similar to all other 1 star reviews. Called him at the end of March, a no show until July 8th... THREE MONTHS! Sent a young kid to clean the pool and he did the best he could by himself, it was not clean We needed some electrical repair, promised the world and no show many times. The pool leaks water by the gallons, a "new" motor was haphazardly "fixed" and does not provide enough power to keep pool cleaned and functional. I've spent so much money on chemicals to keep the PH levels correct with no luck and can't get service from this guy. Summer is now over, I've been in the pool twice. I'm sure he will expect to be paid for the little service he provided. So frustrating dealing with a "nice" guy who will always come "tomorrow." I will be looking for another company to service my pool in the future. I cannot recommend this company."

"We first contacted this company on March 19. He came around the 1st of April and looked at our pool. We were given two different liners to choose from and assured that he would be back when the weather warmed up. I spoke to him several times in the next weeks and was assured that as soon as the weather cooperated that he would be out. 2x he told me "next week". When I was told "next week" for the third time I told him that I needed a date and a time. He then tried to excuse the problem by blaming COBID-19 and not being able to get enough qualified help. When I pressed further for a time he claimed to not remember us or anything about our conversations. Since then I have texted and emailed with no response. Thankfully , we had not given him any money. My new liner and installers should arrive next week and I will finally get to enjoy my pool. This man may be good at pool installation but needs to hire someone to run the company. Scheduling, PR, customer service and ethics are not his strong suits. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else."

"I hate to post negative reviews, but this guy is by far the most unprofessional guy I have ever encountered. At first, he gave a great impression. Very nice, knowledgeable and affordable. He guaranteed me a NON leaking pool. And we was scheduled to install a new liner & fix any problems the end of February. (In the mean time, I get him a 50,000 dollar pool to install) once he installed the liner, we Gave him over $4,000 dollars and guess what, the pool still leaks! For over two months he has says he’s “coming tomorrow”, but tomorrow never comes! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY with this guy!"
