"This place makes no sense to me and the people that work here seem incompetent. I just called up to ask some general questions about the new Bullion card that I received and some of it's features. He firstly wanted to "verify" me by asking every little detail about myself including the full card number and I was suspicious so then quickly locked my card on the app. He then told me to read the documents at the details about what the benefits are online even though it was a specific question. He wasn't helpful at all and I wonder how people like this are hired at somewhere like here when he doesn't even know the simplest of questions. Now I have doubt about whether to use the card at all cause I don't even know if I can even trust such a company. I will have to proceed further with talking to management and leadership about this before I charge anything to this card as I don't trust them at all now. Cheers you guys. No point in creating that right off the bat. Let's hope it was just a specific case and he was having a bad day and isn't indicative of the company. I know KS isn't the best of places and can be depressing but cmon now."
"How this bank is able to stay in business is a mystery to me. I very kindly requested that their statements would show that I am on autopay and got no reply. I emailed the President of the bank, and got a response from a VP in which he basically agreed with me. This is now five months ago and still no change. Meanwhile, they send me a first class letter every month in which they tell me I owe them 1 cent. How does that make any sense?"

"I have called several times to get an explanation for a manually entered charge on my checking account. Mind you I have had my account open since I was 16 I’m now 27. I talked to everyone and finally was told collections for my auto loan made the charge. Long story short I spoke to Mrs. Smith (very professional btw much more than her supervisor) and her supervisor Sarah Reed (very unprofessional and extremely rude) about the charge in which they both said it was them who did it. When I got on the phone with the supervisor she refused to give me upper managements contact number. She then began to question me as to why I was behind on my payment and lectured me about how I knew when my payment is due. Then she asked me where I had the vehicle cause it was gonna get repoed. I do have recordings and I hope they have theirs. When I asked her for her name again Sarah said “let me spell it for you” as if Sarah is a difficult name to spell. As of today because I was not aware I signed documents to authorize them to charge it to my account, I am now current. I am now aware and would like to cancel the authorization, unfortunately Sarah refused to helped me do so. They don’t cut ya any slack! Your options are pay it or don’t and if you don’t then they will charge your account for whatever amount they want whenever they want! I will be looking for a new bank that will accept my checking, savings and auto loan. I will also be talking to my mother and brother about closing their account with them."
