Called Fox’s after hours emergency number. They were at the house in 15 mins. Fixed the problem for a very affordable price. Definitely will be using them for future repairs."

"It’s 95° outside today and everything is hot and humid. I called the after hours number and a very professional and courteous gentlemen answered. He told me he had 5 other service calls in the area but would try and fit me in. He finished all the others and called me at 6:05pm. Willie Kulencamp swung by my place, needed 3 minutes to show me the capacitor was burnt up and he needed to run back to the shop for the part. Willie had me back up and cooling in less than 10 minutes. I cannot thank you all enough and appreciate doing business with such a professional group of people."

He wore a mask (much appreciated as we are not completely vaccinated yet), and not only fixed our issue, but explained to us how to maintain our AC/humidifier better. "I had a great experience with Fox Heating and Cooling. My furnace went out over a February weekend. I called on Monday morning at 10:30, was able to set an appointment for 1:15, and Bryant diagnosed my problem within 30 minutes. Despite my furnace being 28 years old, Bryant did not pressure me to get a new system, he wanted to do what helped me. He ordered the part, it came in the next day, and he was able to come install in within 15 minutes of us learning it was in. After installing the part, Bryant took the time to answer a few questions that I had about my heating and cooling system that were unrelated to the current repair. I felt like a valued customer instead of simply an appointment. I highly recommend."

"These guys are awesome. Adam helped me out today troubleshooting my furnace. I got it up and running and Fox had a replacement motor for the blower I needed. I've done all the work myself and the guys at the shop don't hesitate to give me advice. This is the second time they've helped me out. The first was over the summer and the capacitor failed in the AC unit. They had the part on hand and gave some advice on upkeep."
