"I would never put a family member here they get bullied into doing things that they don't want to do as we all know the residents have the right to refuse anything they want within rules and regulations there's bugs everywhere the rooms are dirty and the staff is rude and disrespectful towards the residents and speaking as behalf of former employee they treat us like s*** too just better places to put a family member or a good friend if you honestly care about them I would not put them in Truman Healthcare and rehabilitation center"
