"I hated my one day there. I was treated, as if I will be commiting a murder at any point. They did not allow me to call my family for the first 3 hours. Only when my husband called the therapist over and over again, was I allowed to call him back. There are no beds, just some recliners to sleep in. It's always cold, the clothes don't fit. The food they 'offer' is awful. And you are kept in the room with everyone, no matter why they are there."

"They will go beyond everything and everyone it might take a little while but then they are awesome if you need to reschedule they will try to come get you they go beyond them selves to help you plus you have a iPad that you take home. To help with your appointments they are kind and they don't loose there temper Ive needed rides they will come and get you and take you to your appointments at grand lake mental health they take me to Walmart and anywhere else I need to go to you just have to have patients"

"Extremely unorganized, they "forgot" to make the first appointment for a therapist, they constantly reschedule appointments, and the therapist told the patient his primary care doctor didn't know what he was talking about. The therapy is just them reciting the same questions over and over, and then the patient having to re-explain everything from past sessions. I would recommend betterhelp for therapy over this place any day."

"It took a lot for me to come here. Then they told me it would be about 3 hours before could see anyone. I freaked and started crying and was leaving except an Rss trainee followed me to my car and convinced me to go in. She was very nice. Then they had the child counselor ask me questions. And she kept asking why she was having to do it. She was very nice. I also talked to a man who ask questions to see if I'm suicidal. I'm not. He was very nice. Then they scheduled me a nurse visit and 2 appts with Kyle several weeks out. My 1st appt was on holiday. Office was closed. My second appt Kyle tells me he just wanted to meet and 10 minutes I'm out the door. No help. My next appt he texted me to change the time. I have problems leaving the house and texted him at appt time. He told me he was all booked up and would see what the next weeks looked like and let me know. I heard nothing. I called office and she booked me for the following Monday. I show up today and Kyle says I'm going to have to reschedule you I didn't make this appt. I told him my car said I could 19 miles on fuel I have its 5 miles out here. Why could you not text me. I ask if I could get someone else.he said yes request it today and signed off iPad. Kyle is not nice and hes hateful. Front desk tells me she can't get me anyone else out a managers approval ...so many weeks after asking for help ...I get none.... instead I get made to feel not worth it and left to sit in parking lot crying. Thanks Grand Mental Heath for making me feelworse. . ."
