"I had them out when my AC wasn't cooling. The technician was professional, and knowledgeable, and he got my AC working. For years I have had a problem where the upstairs was always hotter, or cooler than the downstairs. Over the years I had asked other HVAC people about how to correct it and I had always been pretty much just blown off. The CM Mose & Son technician listened to me, thought about what I was telling him the problem was, then crawled up into my attic to look at how the upstairs vents were set up. He offered a solution at what I considered to be a fair price and about a week later he was back to do the work. His solution fixed a problem I had lived with for years. I was very pleased with him and since then I have recommended them to friends and family."
