"Do Not Recommend! One they noted the issue incorrectly when I was very specific and detailed when I called. Which I was later called a liar in less words when I called to speak to someone about how the situation was being handled due to the miss information which led to making the situation worse and caused further issue. Then I was told they cant do anything it’s the owner I am dealing with. The plumber who I found out was the owner was unfriendly to begin with but became extremely rude when I tried to address my concerns and cursed at me and then just walked out and drove off with out a word. During the time he was there, He did not communicate with me, ignored me, flooded my bathroom floor and carpet outside my bathroom door, poured stuff from the toilet in my tub covering my 1 year olds toys and bath stuff in the tub with out communicating anything for me to remove said items. I found the state of my bathroom after he left with out a word. Seeing the state of my bathroom I realized he tracked that toilet water on my carpet through my home which is absolutely filthy. I have a child who crawls on that carpet. He was completely unprofessional and just plain disrespectful to my self and my home."

"Mark first quoted me $200 to hydrojet my basement drain and then 2 days later came out took less than 20 minutes but said it's actually $250. It resolved the issue but I feel like I was taken advantage of yet again. And he left water all over my basement floor. Plumbers in the past have always got the water up from the work and he didn't was very frustrating"

"First time they came out they cracked the pvc piping from my washer drain but then denied it. Main drain backed up within a day or 2 so called them to come back out. First guy couldn't get past 75 ft so we had to wait another 2 days for the boss to come out (mind you we cannot use any water at this time). That guy was able to get through the whole 100 ft. But after he was done he put the main drain plug back on but didn't tighten it. When I went down later sewage was leaking on our floor I tried to tighten the plug myself but it just fell off and the back half fell down my drain...he could've told me the plug needed to be replaced due to how old it was or the fact that that it wasn't tightening on but he didn't want to deal with it so just left it that way. Very unprofessional."

"These guys are great. Professional, helpful and got the job done right. On top of a great job roto rooter quoted me for $415 just to snake my drain. Razor Rooter did the job for less than half of that as well as a 3 putting a warranty to there work. I cannot recommend these guys enough. These guys are my go too from now on."
