"Justin was immensely helpful and knowledgeable when addressing our AC issues. I’m not sure I can remember coming across someone that knew their trade as well as he did. It turned out to be an issue caused by our Nest thermostat, but he was still thorough in his review of the issue. He swapped out the Nest for our previous thermostat and had everything working in under an hour. "I don't write reviews typically but I wanted to give recognition when it's deserved. I had a excellent experience working with all representatives of Lancaster Brothers! I worked with Steve from sales who was informational and patient on getting the correct size and efficiency needed for my house. He had informed me of rebate opportunities that I had no prior knowledge which was a great bonus. The quote that he offered me was substantially better than several other companies I looked into (I did full system replacement). The installation techs, Bo and Austin, did a great job getting everything installed and cleaned up all areas. They were also informative on how to efficiently run my system. I have a humidifier on my system but was unsure on when to turn it on or off between seasons and they helped me understand how to operate it. Very happy with the service! I highly recommend this business to anyone!"

"I had a geothermal system installed last month. Quotes from 3 companies were obtained. Lancaster brothers wasn’t the cheapest but their bid made the most sense for my needs. Most importantly Terry S took time to explain every aspect of the system, benefits and install. They were even able to install the unit a couple of weeks sooner than planned.
