I worked with Steve from sales who was informational and patient on getting the correct size and efficiency needed for my house. He had informed me of rebate opportunities that I had no prior knowledge which was a great bonus. The quote that he offered me was substantially better than several other companies I looked into (I did full system replacement). The installation techs, Bo and Austin, did a great job getting everything installed and cleaned up all areas. They were also informative on how to efficiently run my system. I have a humidifier on my system but was unsure on when to turn it on or off between seasons and they helped me understand how to operate it. Very happy with the service!
