"This is a better than average neighborhood pool, playground and tennis courts. The clubhouse looks like it has rooms that can be used for special occasions, but generally are dormant. The pool, pool chairs and playground are nicer than most neighborhoods, but not best in class. Having tennis courts is a big plus. While these work, they would benefit from some maintenance work."
"This is a very nice space for any type of event. We have held a baby shower here and most recently a graduation party. There is a very nice stereo system, TV, DVD/BluRay player which were all very easy to use thanks to the detailed instructions."
"The clubhouse, tennis courts, the area is beautiful. The playground equipment need updating. The metal slides get hot way to fast and the wood is old and splintering."
