"1. The trial class is not the same as a regular class - understandable unless you were trying to see if the class expectations were right for you and surprise, this is not the same thing. 2. There doesn’t seem to be a class to actually teach you the moves and terminology- so good luck with that. 3. No, not a lot of evening and weekend classes open so if you are a last minute scheduler - do not do this. Please note, cancellation of your membership - which you cannot find any information other than you must visit the location online - are actually 30 day written notice so that they can charge you for another month. That’s right. I hurt my shoulder - I am unable to do this class and I get the joy of paying for another month because how dare I hurt it less than 30 days ago? At 89$ for someone they know won’t bother them seems like a pretty good deal for them! Not to mention the classes I didn’t use this month because of it. BUT IT WAS IN THE CONTRACT they said. Doesn’t make it any less of a shiesty practice. Honestly? I enjoyed what I could do of the classes, generally enjoyed the instructors - but that is not an excuse to rip people off or to misrepresent services."

"After a long history of various commitments to physical health, this is absolutely the BEST, most comprehensive, fun, appropriately challenging thing I have ever done! I literally look forward to each class & after a year & a half, the noticeable difference in my entire physical being is remarkable. This particular studio is masterfully managed & the instructors are highly trained with profound knowledge of every element of the interaction of body & exercise. I could not recommend this program & place more highly or excitedly!"
