"We saw the 1 month introductory ad for $19.00 and felt my husband and I needed a jump start to get healthier. Jamie Plunkett (owner) did the 1½ hour evaluation on each of us on our health, diet, and strength abilities. He was extremely thorough and we were there for 3 hours. Jamie sends out detailed emails and recipes weekly. We started at Plunkett Fitness the beginning of June doing the group personal training. I have always been intimidated when going to work out at a gym. I cannot believe how excited we both are to go 3x a week! I have lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks and already feel much stronger. The personal attention from Kale and Alex is incredible. They are always positive and teach each of us the proper way to do each exercise to avoid injury and strengthen properly.
