"Facility wise it’s great, but as far as the company and management? Not worth a dime, they ignore patients needs and lets residents scream and cry in pain for 8 hrs all while saying we’re handling it. They let employees go without actually telling them that they are being let go and won’t answer the phone and they say that they just can’t afford to have the help even with multiple non certified aids working on the floor. Nothing but a cheap company. Oh and most of the good reviews are from staff members"
