"No matter how great the facilities are here, I will never rate it higher until they redo all their schedules of sports to every 10-15 minutes to avoid rushes of having all the games on the half or hour. The congestion is inexcusable."

"My husband and I joined this fitness center to use the machines to stay in shape as we aged. Well, it is almost impossible to get a productive workout in due to all the teenagers (mostly male) that just SIT on the machines texting. They do not care if you’re waiting. The staff at the desk on the fitness floor is of no help. They are teenagers as well and weren’t about to go tell their counterparts to finish the weight machine workout or get off and let others proceed with their workouts. I gave it 2 stars instead of one because the fitness area is kept very clean. So after a couple of years, we finally quit this Rec Center and joined another."

"Great place with lots of options for fitness training. Nice indoor track, a great gym, table tennis court, pickle ball and volleyball ball court, child care centre to take care of kids of parents coming to the centre and lot more.."

"It’s a solid facility but I’m wondering if some rules need to be reassessed. A few weeks ago some buddies and I paid to play basketball and all the courts were taken except one. It was empty with one hoop lowered down to 8 feet. “No problem,” I thought. No one is using it and so I’ll ask the front desk if we can raise it and play full court. I was told that that court is for kids... even though it was 8:30PM and no kids were in sight. So my nine buddies and I had to play half court while the other side of the court sat empty until the gym closed at 10:00PM. Also, two courts sat empty with badminton nets up. As a paying customer, that was very frustrating."
