"Well, this year's birthday party was the complete opposite from last. nobody really interacted with the kids or us,there was a big hole by the foam pit that could've hurt someone. we just kind of guessed on when to go into the gym or back to the room. Last year we got to be upstairs.that was nice. Downstairs had wet floors and junk everywhere. Not very inviting. Super disappointed this time."
"We had our first class with our 2 year old. the instructor Jessica was AMAZING! this seems like a place our daughter will grow into and win a ton of medals!!"
"I had my sons 5th birthday party here. He and all his guest had a blast! The owner was out on the floor playing with the kids and monitoring everything. There was also another working there helping a lot. I think her name was Brie. Thank you so much for making my sons birthday so fun and such a success. It was also very reasonably priced and worth it! ❤️❤️"
"I would give negative reviews if I could We loved this place at first. But tonight, one of the teachers took punishment a bit too far for a 3 year old. Every single child in the class wasn’t listening, and yet it was only our child who was singled out. She (the teacher) was deliberately rude to her. My daughter did everything she was supposed to do, up to the point of the trampoline. And when it was Her turn on the trampoline, the instructor kept telling all the other kids to take their turn, then didn’t let her go, at all, even though one child wasn’t listening and wouldn’t get off for about 3 minutes, and no one said anything. Okay, not the biggest deal, but it made my daughter check out of the class all together, because she was listening, did everything right, and was punished for no reason. When they were on the bars, my daughter didn’t want to do them because her favorite part is the trampoline and foam pit, and she’s three, soooo.. The instructor put my child in time out, and I was a bit shocked. She kept yelling at her, picking her up and removing her from her seat and making her sit by her, etc. well, when they were about to jump in the foam pit, the teacher picked my child up and removed her from there, as a punishment for not doing the bars. I was upset but ready to take my daughter and leave for the night. THEN THIS WOMAN TOOK MY THREE YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND PUT HER ON THE SIDE OF THE FOAM PIT TO MAKE HER WATCH THE OTHER KIDS GET TO JUMP MULTIPLE TIMES , when they normally only get to jump once. The teacher looked towards my daughter, while she was bawling her eyes out, and says to another child “want to jump again? Just go again” and that kid ran around and pushed the next child in line out of the way and jumped before her. AND THEN TOLD HIM TO GO AGAIN, even though he wasn’t listening. When we asked for our money back, to move her to a different place, because we were new and had no roots here, and didn’t care to stay, the front desk receptionist, she had to get the gym manager to explain that we have to lose out on money for a card fee. We were debating a different class, as the gym manager, or whoever she was, suggested. So when we were looking at the classes, this woman suggested we move her down a class, to toddler time, because she doesn’t listen. That’s when I got very aggravated. I said “no, I don’t think you’re understanding. The entire class wasn’t listening, and yet just our child was punished” and this girl said “well they are three and a lot didn’t listen” and continued to just blame my child, and not really grasp what was happening. It was very frustrating as they didn’t care. I’m not trying to sound entitled, but seriously, don’t teach toddlers/3 year olds, if you don’t know how to handle them. Oh also, most of the other parents suck, because they think their child is perfect, although their child also wasn’t listening tonight. Mine was just an easy target, because she’s new."
"I had my 3 year old daughter in the 3s class. I am disappointed at how the situation was handled. She was pretty much tossed back to me, saying she can't stay in the class. I understand she has issues with listening, but how it was handled was not right either. I was told she needed to go back to toddler time but when I had her in there, I was told she needed to go to the 3s. I specifically had asked if she would be ok in that class since I was worried about this. If I was told to bring her back in a few minutes that's one thing, but to completely throw her out of the class is another thing. This was her second class. She didn't know there was a skills checklist, as she had started the class w a different instructor. She has not had the same teacher either. This was not fair. You guys were highly recommended, which is why we came. If I could give negative stars, I would."
