"I started bringing my 13 year old son here because he is being heavily bullied. He also has ADHD, ODD and suffers from anxiety. Since he has started this class I see a noticeable difference in him. Not only is he learning self defense skill but he is learning more self discipline and is getting more confident. I know the more he does in these classes the better he will be in so many different ways. I am so grateful for his teachers and even the other students who help him.
