"So I know people before me have received mixed results, and I can confirm the late fee system isn’t my favorite, which is why I took off a star. I feel that if it truly is an uncontrollable event then they shouldn’t be charged an 100 dollar late fee. However, I recently started seeing McKenzie and have seen so much progress in my mental health. I can tell she truly cares and loves her job. She has helped me implement techniques that can help me with my own issues. It has taken me a while to find a therapist for my needs, and one thing I’ll say is that it takes time to find a good circle, and you won’t get results in a few days. Overall, I have had a good experience here. Also I while back I did get psych testing done here which I will say did take a very long time to get done, but it was worth it. If you can afford to wait it’s good, but if you need something really quick you might want to look elsewhere. I can say the reports are very detailed, and help illustrate things I didn’t notice about myself."
