"After not listening to me (again) about how scripts work at my pharmacy- I was unable to get my prescription last week. I have left 3 messages since the weekend and per the norm no one here calls back. I have been without medication and cannot get a response- its ridiculous. The office staff here are useless and unresponsive. It should NEVER take 4 days to call someone back at a medical office. This happens a lot here- the last time they did this I left multiple messages and the person who called back days later claimed she only got one. There are serious issues here and they are just getting worse"

"Back in 2014, I was a part of an exploitation scam where Mel Baum and other still-present CPA associates would unnecessarily endorse social security disability applications to drive business for Burnett and Driskell and local voc rehab affiliated community coordinators who were bypassing voc rehab guideline for personal profit. A woman named Sandy claimed to be my voc rehab counselor but refused to help me with job coaching unless I "worked" at Goodwill for free first, claiming I needed work experience before I could apply for a real job; I had 6 years prior job experience including 2 lead positions where I trained other staff. The SS disability case was neglected and I never talked to the same person twice at B&D right up until they just have up without appeal. While desperate in 2020, I gave voc rehab another chance and learned from my team that this was a wide-reaching scheme with TONS of victims; except for a few scapegoats the lawyers at B&D were able to keep it quiet with only whispered acknowledgement and minimal punishments."

"Dr. Young is fabulous. Knows his profession extremely well. Kind and listens to everything you have to say. I have NEVER had to wait to see him, always on schedule. Staff have always been polite and professional. I read a lot of the reviews and have come to the conclusion the problem might be found in the mirror. Think about it, there is a reason you're there."

"I was a patient of Dr.Barash. He’s a very cold person, responds very uninterested and cold. He acts as if you are an inconvenience to him. He had me on 6 different medications, I was having bad side effects and feeling like a zombie. He would not listen to my concerns. He wanted to put me on a 7th medication and I told him I didn’t want another medication added, I needed current medications changed because they weren’t helping. He then said ok and when I left his office the receptionist told me he had blacklisted me so I can not be seen by any of the doctors there for life. If you go there, do NOT see Dr.Barash. He shouldn’t be practicing medicine."

"My son and I are both seen here and have been for years. My experience with Dr. U has been outstanding. Not only has he been patient, he is intuitive and insightful with diagnosis. Medication is discussed openly and adjusted as needed. My son sees a nurse practitioner, and while very competent, she is always terribly rushed. I would not see the therapists here. I wish I could give 3 1/2 ⭐ simply because of the unbearable wait times. If you are late or miss an appointment you get charged. I wasn't seen today until an hour after my appointment time - 5 people arrived, were seen, and left before my name was called. Due to my own schedule I had no choice but to rush through my appointment as quickly as possible. I would prefer they schedule you further out and be more prompt than try to see as many people as possible."
