"I don’t recommend anyone get services at this place. There is one particular therapist who is very unprofessional. Her attitude is so bad that I had to remove her as my family therapist. After I fired her, I called her supervisor, Kristen Swan, to discuss my concerns and get a referral. I have not heard anything from her. These people don’t realize that clients rely on them for mental health support; therefore, the staff could do a better job of being respectful of clients needs."

"I have left multiple messages for Kristen Swan with no reply. I would recommend utilizing an office that provides better customer service. I left messages on May 27th and June 14th with no reply. I recommend they hire someone to handle their calls versus leaving it to the Individual therapist. It’s obviously too much for them to manage."

"Do not trust the people at Swan Therapy. They are in it to make money. They will turn a blind eye to a child’s emotional abuse. That’s if you pay them. They will even file 2 different copies of the same report for the right price. Swan will support the parent willing to spend the most money. They will inflate the actual cost of service over the advertised price. Swan will also charge for sessions that do not occur. I do not recommend this sham of a service."

"Waste of money. I called and told them our situation before going and they told me to come on in. I paid $60 cash, only to be told 10 mins later that she had no experience in what we were dealing with and we should go to Children’s Mercy ER for an evaluation. They could’ve told me that over the phone and saved me a 20 min drive and $60. Office was very outdated, chairs torn, and air fresheners everywhere as if they were covering a bad smell. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the gal at the front desk was pleasant."
