"I have been involved with NLF for about a couple years and I’ve only trained for about half of the that but the fundamentals, experience and knowledge you gain from there is unmatched to any other training facility. The owner/head coach whether training individually or in a group treats you with respect, compassion and understanding. I always felt accommodated during workouts but also pushed to new limits and creates attainable goals for myself. the rest of the staff and coaches are very supportive and family oriented. I’m not an athlete anymore however I was preparing to attend the police academy when I started and they helped me reach a better version of myself from the ground up. The training varies and focuses on key aspects that help active people in the long run. We need more places like this especially for young athletes. He also incorporate other entrepreneurs, businesses and people into NFL that help with healthy lifestyle training and mindset positivity. It’s all around a great place to be. Highly recommended. definitely worth the price and he breaks down everything for you to understand his system."

She enjoys the workouts, has gotten physically stronger, and has learned to appreciate how a good workout can benefit you mentally and physically. "Both of my daughters have trained at various points in time with Damontez during their volleyball careers at Dynasty. They’ve grown stronger physically but maybe more importantly mentally. He has a way of pushing them out of their comfort zone and gets them to do things that they think they can’t do. They both have had many coaches in their career and no one has matched his ability to get them to give their best and not allow them to take a rep off."

"I really wish I would have done more research before signing with this company. First off, my daughter received zero benefit during her time with this program. In fact she got hurt. She was told to just sit or was put in a corner with a massage gun with no help or instruction. My daughter talked with the owner, I spoke with the owner then we both talked to him. I ended up pulling her out when things did not improve or change not to mention fearing a season ending injury. Second, if you end up signing here they keep charging you every month until your contract is over. It says “no refunds”- but what I’m experiencing is continued charges for no service. My daughter is in a new program and it’s so much better. Learn from my mistake- do your research! I’m out hundreds of dollars- don’t be like me!"
