"I’m not going to full out trash the place just going to give an honest review. First off the staff here is awesome. I’ve never had an issue with the vet techs or anyone at the desk. They are always very nice and I really think highly of them. The staff in general is outstanding and always has been in my experience. My encounter with Dr. Olsen is a different story. My most recent issue has been with ordering pet meds. It has been an issue a couple of times. I have 2 dogs that I give simprica trio to. Plus a cat that is on insulin and other expenses that add up. The simprica trio is $200 for a 6 months supply per dog. I bring my dogs here for everything as do my family and friends, including getting nails trimmed, over $40 bucks for that too. Anyway I’m not wiping myself with $20 dollar bills. I do my best to make ends meet and take care of my pets. So, when I have opportunity to save money I’m all about it. Chewy had a special for 50% off my first auto ship order. So I jumped on it. Add Fairview vet and made the payment. Then I had $95 dollars in points from petsmart. So, I could save $200 bucks and get the dogs through summer with these meds. That’s a big deal to me. (Not such a big deal to Dr. Olsen though) the next day after placing my orders I got e-mails from both companies that my orders were denied by Dr. Olsen of the Fairview vet clinic. Dr. Olsen never bothered to call me or explain anything to me. So, I called them. I asked why both of my orders declined? The lady on the phone very nice as they always have been explained That one dog exceeded the weight of 88 pounds for her meds now. She weighed in at 93 pounds when I got her nails done and they needed to see her again next month for a heartworm test. Well, I guess I get that even though the next level meds is like 140 pounds but, whatever. I’m still going to bring her in for her heartworm check up. As I always have done. Why can’t I order the meds now. I just skipped that issue. My other dog was seen and tested not very long ago. Why was she denied? Answer: since she’s under 1 year old we don’t want her to exceed the weight of her prescription. My response was she’s 7 months old . I don’t think she’s going to gain 40 pounds in 6 months I continued to explain how this impacts me and saves me a lot of money to order now. The 50% off offer expires in a few days. Not to mention they gave me a dose of this when I was there with her last time. I was frustrated but still very polite because I didn’t feel like I was being heard or really given a good answer as to why I could get these prescriptions. I was told by them I would need to buy this medication monthly and couldn’t get a 6 month supply. It really felt like I was being blocked from ordering online. Continuing to explain my situation and how this is really working against me financially I stated if I don’t get one of these orders refilled I would look for a new veterinarian. I was then offered to speak directly with Dr. Olsen, as polite as I had been I would expect the same in return. Dr. Olsen didn’t give me much of an opportunity to speak. He opened with, “I spoke with xxxx and this is what it is. I’m not changing the rules and if you want I’ll fax your information over to you new veterinarian.” I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he was having a bad day. Once again I was nothing but, polite, yet I was persistent in getting a good answer. Anyway, I can’t totally slam them they have been good to me when I was there but, that was mostly the staff. Not the vet himself. I am moving on because of the way Dr. Olsen handled me and the entire situation, maybe he’s never needed to worry about money. I’m just doing my best to provide for my pets and try and save a few bucks. I have no doubt they’ll rebuttal this review and make me the bad guy. I guess that’s what they gotta do. If they want to reach out and have a real conversation. I’d be happy to work it out but, judging by Dr. Olsen’s personality I don’t think that’s going to happen."

"This was Our 1st visit there.It was for a 2nd opinion. Our almost 14 yr old Furbaby has a collapsing trachea n heart issues. Dr Ray evaluated him.She changed a few of his meds n put him on hydrocodone. We will see how things go. Everyone was very Pleasant."

"Took one of our pups here just a few days ago and we are very pleased. Our girl has a fear of the vet and shows aggression and the Dr. did great. We know care is limited unless she is put to sleep but what’s most important to us is how the Dr responds. We will for sure bring our other two pups here for care as well. Thanks Farview!!! ❤️"

"Several years ago, our dog passed away at home, and we took him here. They helped us find a cremation place, and we're so kind. I was a mess, and the ladies came to the parking lot with a card and gave me a hug. He was the best dog, and I felt comfort knowing they were so kind. Can't say enough good things about their staff.
