"They were hired to replace my family’s furnace. They disconnected and removed the AC unit and still have not returned it. It seems very shady, that they make excuses why it hasn’t made it back.. It is winter and the AC is not currently needed, but I have my doubts that it gets returned in the same working order that it was in. I’m guessing legal action needs to be taken to get this resolved."
