"The vet misdiagnosed all 3 of my dogs with skin allergies. I asked him point blank if he thought it might be mange (my gut screamed mange). He said no, allergies are running rampant on dogs this year. I really wanted to believe him so I went on with the treatment for allergies, a steroid pill given every other day. The allergies did not get better after about 5 months. I decided to treat for mange once I realized the dogs were making my household itchy as well. After a few treatments of happy jack mange medicine my dogs were noticably better. Super frustrating that my dogs had to suffer, I wasted a lot of time and money as well. Editing as a response to the clinic's response: only one of my dogs is a senior, the other two are under 2 years old. The senior was seen twice. There were no scrapings taken from any of the dogs on any of the visits."

"I brought my dog Jackson here on Saturday and the work done at Coronado Animal Hospital was done very quickly, the staff was very friendly, and the treatment they prescribed helped Jackson almost instantly. He had bloody diarrhea for a few days and after just a few days of taking the antibiotics they gave me he is already almost back to being his happy, healthy self. It takes a bit to get seen because it's on a first come/first serve basis (you take a ticket when you show up and wait in your car), but they still move pretty quickly and still get you in and out efficiently. Very affordable as well, I will absolutely be back in the future in the event I need a vet again."
