"I brought my little dog in on June 19th, due to her itching her ear and what turned out to be, what Dr. McConkey said was a mild ear infection. Post $200 later, that did include a rabies vaccine, and 5 weeks later (almost 2 full wks of phone tag) and I arrive for my scheduled appt Only to be told to leave because the appointment was at 9 AM and they claimed I had missed it. After being adamant about my being at 4 o'clock some girl comes into the back and said. Yeah, 4 o'clock yesterday. I explained that couldn't be possible because I had just called yesterday and they said, Well you missed it and you need to leave. I wish I cd include pictures of the employee review, and get poor ear...which I wish I would have checked beforehand. Our family has went there all of our lives but I haven't been for a few years.. Now I know why the price is So incredibly expensive and I will never return to that place. Her poor ear infection is so bad. I'm afraid she's going to have to have surgery."
