"This was my first annual exam with Dr. Stein. My previous gyn retired (insert sad face). Anyway, not only is she incredibly sweet and personable, she is very professional and knowledgeable. I read the reviews about the office staff, but I was greeted by a very nice receptionist. As for the nurse/assistant, she did her job very competently. I'm happy that I have found a "keeper" in Dr. Stein."

"I’ve seen Dr Stein once and she was really nice, knowledgable, and professional. I set up my annual appointment and this year, when I went to my appointment, the staff told me they needed to cancel it and they notified me weeks ago about it. I have the offices number saved in my contacts, and I had no contact from them. The appointment was still in MyChart and I never received any communication from them through that or email. When I asked why it wasn’t cancelled in the app or I wasn’t communicated with in anyway before I came, they said they don’t like to cancel until they speak with the patient. But they didn’t bother to contact me about it? Clearly the front desk staff is incompetent. When I asked what my options were, thinking they’d at least be able to pair me with another doctor or nurse practitioner since they didn’t cancel the appointment, they said they could reschedule the appointment months later. So I wasted an hour of my workday driving to a non-existent appointment. I’ve never had any where near this level of incompetence from a doctor. Especially with all the tools available through MyChart. I hope Dr Stein makes some better hires in the future."

"Dr. Stein seems nice and knowledgeable, but to me, an hour in the waiting room when I arrived on time is unacceptable. Once I was finally called back, she spent about three minutes with me. I know from working in health care that most OBGYNs are only interested in pregnant patients, because that's where they make their money, and that seems to be true with Dr. Stein."

"I would give ten stars for Dr. Stein. Her front desk staff and majority of her nurses are extremely rude. I have been a client for over 15 years and have started the process of finding a new doctor because of this. Mercy has asked many times how my experience has been and yet nothing has changed. The type of work they are in you would hope for a caring staff. I wish Dr. Stein would go elsewhere with better staff."

"My wife loved having Dr. Stein as her doctor. She just hated the rude people at the front desk. They had the nerve to hang up on both my daughter and wife during separate calls asking for advice. That was enough for them both to look elsewhere."
