"Horrible experience! We paid $4,000 in Feb 2021 and have not got anything resolved with our timeshare exit. We have requested and refund and they won't even consider it. We paid them and they did absolutely nothing they promised to do."

"I have heard nothing since they took my check Ok they have contacted me once for information after I paid them. I had forgotten that. But I have heard from them aging since gave the review This process is a waiting game. And you have to be patient. So do all your paperwork accurately and keep track of the contact info so you can call and check on progress. I didnt realize they had not recieved the information that they requested. So I raised the rating 1 star that part was my fault."
