"Purchased a watch and ring here 2yrs ago. Went back this year to get the watch band replaced, because of the excellent customer service me and my husband received previously. This time around totally opposite! Was told when we dropped the watch off it would be 2 weeks and we would recieve a phone call. After the two week period..I had to reach out to him on the status of replacement band? I had to track him down to obtain my watch by going to their sister store in the mall. This guy was very rude during pickup and got loud with me. Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. Will never purchase from this store again and would not recommend to anyone else.!"

"Very very rude to me. I have been a loyal customer since I was 16 and they were in the mills mall. I’m 31 now and I’ve always only dealt with them. They have someone knew working in store now and he lost me as a customer forever. He did not hold up his end of a deal that was made and when I questioned him he became rude and loud. I will not tolerate being treated like this and I can and will take my business elsewhere. I world not recommend doing business here"

"I came into get a battery replaced in my watch. They did not check to see if the watch was working or set and the watches do not work. They refused to do a refund and I don’t recommend anyone to get their watch battery replaced here nor buy anything from this store"
