"I had been given an offer for a position with Cerner and had turned down two job offers from other companies for it. Clarus expected me to give my current employer, who I had a position already with, my two weeks notice after accepting their offer so I did. The company then asked me to perform all of the onboarding tasks within two business day and no given notice. After completing my onboarding (drug analysis, I9, and background check) they told me the employer (Cerner) had moved forward with another candidate due to the drug analysis taking too long. I would suggest that Clarus Group change their recruiting tactics in order to allow potential hires a clear understanding of what “acceptance of a formal offer” actually means. Poor professional behavior."
