"Every single appointment, the receptionist acts like a bouncer and has to check if we can be seen. My appointment was 10:45 and I was at the window checking in at 10:35 so I wasn’t even late. The medical staff are great and nice. It’s just ms bouncer at the front desk that ruins it with her attitude towards me."

"Front desk staff is awful. Very rude and have no respect or empathy toward patients and their families. Every time we go in it is either, you can’t have your baby at this appointment or the appointment schedule was different than stated with no reminders and the front desk person laughs at us. We have a lot of respect for the doctors, but the front desk person is always awful. Beware."
