"This is literally the worst doctors office I've ever been to. Been seeing Dr Wolf since 2015 and it never gets better. They constantly jerk people around. They schedule months out, then cancel the appointment as soon as you check in and then reschedule another couple months out every single time! I've watched it happen to so many women including myself. They NEVER seem to actually care about patients as people just as another number. Completely ridiculous. Not to mention the so called medical assistant girl is ignorant, tells you completely wrong medical info and incredibly rude! Would not recommend this place at all!!"
"Honestly super sad to be leaving this review. The front desk is very unprofessional and rude. The care I received felt very neglectful and insincere. After having a baby I had many concerns and continuously attempted to reach my doctor to Wich the nurses never let me speak to. They kept saying sorry she’s busy it she will call you back and sure enough it never happened. They told me I could come in for a urine sample due to my concerns I continuously called multiple times a day due to abnormal results but no one ever contacted me about the results or anything. I then ended up in the hospital with sepsis and luckily was able to recover. I felt like the nurses were grumpy and on a strict routine every visit. They never made me feel comfortable and were rude more times than not and acted like my concerns were dramatic….even though I ended up with sepsis after trying to contact about my concerns. About a month after my sepsis I tried contacting them again about concerns and took UA to wich no one ever got back to me about once again. I continuously felt disappointed in the care I received and felt as to they do not care. Multiple times I walked out of my room after 30 minutes of waiting after being told a nurse would come back in to them being on their phone and saying oh I didn’t know I was coming back In Wich wastes more of my time off work. I sat in the waiting room one checkup for 40 minutes before someone even came to the front desk to check me in. Just inexcusable care for the trust and money people put into this."
"Would give 0 stars if I could. Unfortunately this was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. The first appointment I had scheduled was canceled 10 minutes before I was supposed to be there. Which I understand that things happen, but I have to drive over an hour 1 way to get to this specific hospital and take an entire day off work to make it happen. They didn’t have any availability for another 3 months. Wait time was ridiculous. Doctor did not seem prepared at all. I had scheduled a diagnosis which never happened, she didn’t even take the time to do a pap. I was waiting for over an hour just to have a 15 minute conversation with the doctor. She asked to schedule another appointment to run tests, and the soonest availability was over a month out. I would never recommend these people to my worst enemy. The check in lady and the nurse were very kind and helpful… the doctor was a disappointment."
"I’ve had Dr. Wolf for my third pregnancy, I’m high risk, almost lost my life with my second, and I had a lot of fears. They were so comforting, talked to me like they were my friends, not just another patient, yet, very professional. This was the best pregnancy experience and birth I have had yet! I recommend her to EVERYONE!!"
"Love Dr. Wolf! She delivered both my babies and I was very happy with her care. I had a really hard delivery with my first and she ensured I was well cared for through my pp time! When people complain about not getting calls back and things going awry, that is a hospital system problem. Doctors count on competent, experienced, and quiet frankly having *enough* staff to organize and carry out their day to day. Office staff have high turn over due to the stress of the job and sub par wages. You cannot expect a doctor to keep 200 patients organized all on their own. Hospitals tell them they have to see X number of patients each day along with traveling back and forth for their patients deliveries and that is why patient care slips through the cracks."
