"I believe an employer can be looking for a certain type of employee. For example, if a person isn't dressed well. and under educated; this means you can pay them far less money with no benefits versus a person that is dressed well properly educated you would have to pay this person more and with benefits. So, it really comes down to what type of employee an employer wants to hire."

"I highly don't recommend working here! The Director (Kim) don't get along with nobody but one person and shows favoritism. They don't pay much attention all. They only have ONE floor tac that do most of the work and clean most of the buildings by himself. Basically treating him like a slave working way over the hours supposed to because they can't find nobody else to help. They can't keep no one bcuz they attitude and they payment. Loosing a lot of sleep because they can't find no one to help. Poor Customer Service! Starts u off with $8.45 or less... Anything else u want to know!? I worked there I Kno everything! I have more to A LOT say"
