"Cheap ($4.99 dry clean any garment, $3.99 w/ coupon). They have a friendly staff, they tell you their prices upfront, they take coupons, and I haven't had a problem yet. They have cleaned about a dozen items for me in the past month. Only downside is that they are cash-only."

"Avoid this place like the plague! I dropped off a load of dress shirts last month. When I picked them up, when I began wearing them, I noticed an awful stench, like dirty stagnant water. I've heard this can happen when cleaners don't change their cleaning fluid often enough. Now I have to pay to get all the shirts recleaned by another cleaner. Needless to say, I will never use American Cleaners again."

"Absolutely terrible service. They ruined 3 my girlfriends suites. They seemed to be machined washed instead of dry cleaned. They came back shrunk and ripped. When customer Service was consulted they said that they didn't see anything wrong with them. We are now out $700 and are planning to file suite in small claims court. Also we called the BBB and were informed that the specific American Cleaners that we used had 31 Complaints against them. Do not trust them with your clothes!"
