"I’ve recently purchased an Advance SC 100 scrubber from here, and I have to say, it was one of the better experiences I’ve had purchasing janitorial equipment. I met with Mitch, and he was great. He’s very knowledgeable, and you can tell that he genuinely enjoys what he does. He recommended a few different machines, made sure I knew how they worked, and when we decided on one, he made it simple to purchase. And the Advance SC 100 scrubber is fantastic, by the way. No issues whatsoever, and it has impressed me so far. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted, which I really liked, and you’re not waiting long to meet with someone. Everyone is so friendly. Eager to help. You don’t get customer service like this at most places, so it’s surprising. 10/10 experience."

"I went in to get my son’s Razor dirt bike fixed. I asked how long it would take till they get back to me. As to what is the issue and all. I was charged $34.50 to get a look at it. So anyways..I asked the man attending me (can’t recall his name) how long would be and he said about a day or two. I dropped of on September 6. I called a week and a half in, because understand sometimes things take longer than usual. I was being patient. So when I called I got the we haven’t gotten a look at it because there is 10 ahead of you. Really??? Why don’t they tell you the truth before dropping off the item. Very unprofessional!!! Have never purchased anything from them so I can’t comment on that. But their repair service is horrible!!! Won’t come back here again. Definitely don’t recommend. Edit to say they have finally contacted told me the issue with it. Now waiting for it to get fixed.. will update review. When I get it back. I just wish they had better communication with customers."

"Ok, so I had a last minute carpet and furniture clean and needed to go to the closest place on the way to the job. I use the Kirby Cleaning System and needed Kirby Shampoo...or did I? When I walked in I was greeted by a very helpful person and the shop was clean, warm and for a janitorial supply..it was cozy. They did not have Kirby Shampoo. I asked if he had a comparable dry foam concentrate. He did..Almost 10 dollars cheaper. Same dry foam..same carpet protection, the fresh sent of the cleaner he helped me find is way better than the heavy almost wet dog smell that happens with Kirby Shampoo. The soil removal results seem much better too. So glad I ran into this little shop in Olivette and I forgot the man's name..he was really great though. And I have a new Brand of shampoo. My customer was super happy with her home!"

"I have my four Oreck vacuums serviced here. They have a wonderful service department that is knowledgable and has a quick turnaround time. From a general tune-up to replacing damaged parts they do it all. They call you with an estimate before going work outside of the initial tech review. Your equipment comes back clean and ready to use. Friendly, courteous, and helpful. I understand hey also service some Fisher-Price and Razor Scooter electronics."
