"After having bad experiences with other clinics in the area, I was reluctant and majorly stressed to try another. Dr. Bearden was very kind, caring, and attentive. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. She answered all my questions and the nurse staff was great. One warning, we all know we should show up early for paperwork as a first time patient. The text message I received said 8:30 and I got there about 8:40. I was late when I definitely should have been early, I understand that completely but I was within the 15 of the appointment time I received. The text reminder did not mention that they require you to be there early. They almost rescheduled me and I had to show them the message to prove I was there within the allotted time before a reschedule is required. I love a doctor office that runs on time and sticks to the schedule! Just make sure that if it is your first time don't go by the text reminder and get there about 15-30minutes earlier than what your reminder says. I am very grateful to the front desk staff that was understanding and asked the good doctor to see me anyway. I also love that even though I was a bit late, I never once felt rushed or like an imposition once I made it to the room. Thank you Dr. Bearden and staff! Happy to have found a place I feel safe and heard."

"I’m really disappointed in Dr. Bearden. She’s not the supportive doctor you want when you’re having a rough first trimester. Her clinic prescribed me medication for nausea and I was not informed of the side effects and risks. Well, one of the side effects is drowsiness and the clinic is well aware that I am still working full time. The pharmacist suggested different medication that are safer for the developing fetus as well. I called the clinic and requested to speak with Dr. Bearden- never got a call from the doctor. When I called her clinic again, I was told “we don’t know who prescribed you that. We’ll have the nurse call you.” I also had my 8 week phone appointment with one of her nurses who informed me that Dr. Bearden likely won’t deliver because they are no longer “on call” and it would be a hospitalist that would deliver. I asked to speak with the doctor herself to clarify medication issues and who would be following my care now and when I deliver. Again, never got a call from her. The office manager then calls me to let me know their clinic procedure is that doctors don’t call their patients. All in all, the clinic staff was nice but the doctor wasn’t attentive ."

"Dr. Bearden is the absolute best!!! I just became a first time mom and I have no idea what I would have done without Dr. Bearden throughout my entire pregnancy. She is the most patient and personable doctor. She takes time to listen and always made me feel very confident. She made me feel at ease during my labor and kept me calm. I can’t say enough good things about her. I’ll definitely be staying with her and can’t wait to see her at my next visit already!"
