"While Dr Beal and Dr Frye are incredible, the staff typically are completely unprofessional, rude, condescending, and unfortunately the doctor's aren't worth the struggle of dealing with the rest of the staff. I wouldn't recommend."

"Dr. Frye is my OBGYN, and she and Dr. Beal were my surgeons for rectoceles and anterior vaginal prolapse. They did an absolutely amazing job. I am post-surgery day two and haven't even needed to take pain meds. The prep/surgery/after care was remarkable. I expected a lot of pain and discomfort so I am pleasantly surprised at how easy it has been! Remarkable doctors I highly recommend."

"I wouldn’t recommend this place. Called to get the address( thought it was in another building) I had went to the wrong place. Donna answered and was very rude couldn’t get her to shut her mouth and listen. (she was very condescending) finally just said I need the address. Got to my 10am appointment three minutes late just to have Donna rudely say (as she did with a smirking smile) we can’t see you today because your late. I asked who said this?she said that the dr doesn’t want to see you. She never offered another appointment. You would think after all the text they would send the address ( if that would’ve happened I would’ve had a better idea as to where to go!)I went back and asked for her name and she wrote it on a card with and arrow pointing to the other side. Her being rude again( body language and her mouth) you can call my manager I’ll let her know you are going to call. I looked the policy up and it said call if your going to be late (Which I did).And it also said they wouldn’t see you if you’re 15 minutes late. I was 3 minutes late and called to let them know. I went out and looked up all the reviews and I’m not the only one who has had a terrible experience with her.I did call the number on the card but it didn’t get me to any office manager. Low and behold if it wasn’t the number to Donna! After the third call to the manager Donna finally said she’s not here today. That information would’ve been helpful from the beginning. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place and if the Dr. Beal allows her to treat people this way and not even offer to reschedule them. That to me is a very clear sign that this Dr doesn’t care about her patients. I guess I’ll wait to see if the office manager calls me back. UPDATE: just got a call from the office manager Misti McCoy. I’m not understanding why she called? The whole conversation was her making excuses and condoning her office staffs unprofessional behavior. I asked her why she called (thinking it was to reschedule) she said you asked me to call. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!!! Someone needs to shape this office up STARTING with the manager. But the sad thing about this manager is that she manages three offices. I’m curious if they also have negative reviews?"

"Dr. Fry is an amazing OB! She has delivered two of my babies and has a wonderful bedside manner. Listens to her patients and have never felt rushed while in her presence!"

"Dr Beal is an amazing Doctor and I’m so thankful for her. She listens, takes her time to really understand any concerns I have and addresses them. I feel like she cares about me as an individual and that speaks volumes. I trust her in entirety with my care. My anxious personality type requires a little more patience and explanation and she goes above and beyond knowing that. Hands down best OB ever."
