"First, I want to start this review by saying Dr. Capelli is a good doctor but not good enough if he doesn't see how rude and unprofessional his nursing/office staff are. They NEVER answer the phone, they do not have an online portal to pay a bill or see a balance, and they always act bothered when I had an issue/question with something. Capelli delivered my beautiful baby boy in October. I went in for my regular 6-week check-up afterwards WITH my newborn.. we all know mom brain. I was "given" one paper statement of my account balance. I never once received a paper statement in the mail. Not once did Maria or Esmerelda give a call before turning me into collections. They have my email, phone, and work phone and did not contact me once about an outstanding balance. They simply sent it to collections. There is no online portal to check outstanding balances. I recently called because I needed my birth control refilled and Maria had notified me I cannot be seen until I pay my collections fine. This was my first time hearing of an outstanding balance. I was more shocked since Maria and I had spoke MANY times in December and January regarding my return to work forms. Maria proceeded to be disrespectful and unsympathetic to the fact that I now have to deal with a collection agency she cannot even provide me with. She could not give proof of mailing any statements and reiterated that she does not have to warn patients before turning them into collections. They do not care about their patients just MONEY. Although, Capelli is a great doctor, he needs new staff and I will not be back. AVOID this office at all costs."
"I called three times yesterday to reschedule my appointment due to the road conditions because I live an hour away, with no answer. I called today to reschedule, and they called me back saying it would be $50 for not rescheduling. I tried??? Wish I got to meet the doctor because he has great reviews but the office lady was incredibly rude."
"I can not explain how very grateful I am to Dr. Capelli. It took me the better part of ten years to finally get a doctor to listen to me when I said something wasn't right. I've always had PCOS, but when I went in, we found out I also had endometriosis. He readily agreed that it was time to have a full hysterectomy and got me scheduled fast. 6 weeks later, and I'm great. My migraines became nonexistent, and my energy levels have gone back up. I couldn't have done it without him and his wonderfully staff!!! Thank you so much! So kind, listens, AND cares!!!"
"Not only does Dr. Capelli care about your vaginal heath; he cares for your mental, physical, and emotional well-being. He is very compassionate and will listen to you/advocate for you. I will continue to go here and I hope he’s the one that takes care of all of my pregnancies when the time comes. If you are considering going here I 10000% recommend it."
"Dr. Capelli is an excellent doctor and a great guy. He delivered two of my children and those were the best I had of seven. He saw me through three miscarriages. His office may not be the most fancy and he might be short staffed (like every one else these days), but you get excellent care with him. I love that he is not operated by one of those big healthcare companies but is independent, giving him the flexibility to run things as he wishes."
