"I rarely leave reviews, but I want to warn people about this business' disrespectful practices. When we went to pick up our beautiful duvet there was a rip in it that wasn't there when we dropped it off. The man at the counter said "it looks like it got caught in a wheel". I asked to speak to the owner. The woman who came out told me the person who had cleaned it pointed it out to her and said it was there before she cleaned it. We know it wasn't. She said she assumed we knew about it and that's why she didn't contact us. As with the other bad review on here, she only offered for us to not pay the cleaning bill. She also wanted to send us "down the street" for "Syvia to patch it". The material is completely frayed in a 3 inch diameter pattern. It's not repairable. Your staff damaged our property and you take no responsibility for it. We have been doing business here for years, but no more."

"Don't go to this dry cleaners. Had a burn hole in a brand new dress shirt that I had gotten cleaned. Took the shirt up there n they said there is no way our machines put a hold in the shirt maybe a cigarette. We don't smoke. Kept on about cigarettes. It was burned. before I took it up I had just taken the tags off. All they gave back was the money for cleaning the shirt. They We're not friendly very rude. Do not go here."
