I swear, they literally took my cash in exchange for putting my uncleaned coat into a plastic cover. Seriously. Every unclean spot that was there before is still there, untouched. "Worst cleaners ever!!! They will NEVER get my business again. Picked up my son's suit and it still had the same dirt marks and spots on it. A lady that never waited on me or wven saw the suit said it was a lot dirtier when I brought it in - wrong. Worst part was that I smelled it and it was NEVER cleaned!!! Still smelled dirty. They refused to give me the suit unless I paid for it. They are crooks - they take your money and give you back dirty clothes. Will never step foot back in there!! Horrible customer service and thieves!!"

"I got my airline shirts back with all sorts of black hairs and black fuzz all over my white shirts. Then I was told that since they send them into a commercial dry cleaners it was not their fault of the creases in my sleeves about 3-4 inches in front of where the crease should be in the top of the sleeve. Don't go here at all. The lady seemed like it was an inconvenience for me to question about it but the younger lady was very helpful and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have found the other American cleaners down the street that is trying to help me with this mistake."
