"They are getting an one star because I have to. They ruined my mother sheer jacket to her dress that she was to wear to a wedding. Whatever they did, the sequin flowers are gone on her jacket. No return call from the owner. Employee said they didn't have a number to the owner. Waiting to to get a return phone call."

"My Father passed away two weeks ago. I took my clothes to this cleaners for service. They promised to have my clothes back in two days which would've been enough time for the funeral. They didn't. No call back or concern at all. I had to buy new clothes during this tragic time in the middle of a snow storm. Please don't ever go here. There are too many other places that will do right by you."

"Since I have to atleast give one star to give a review. They lose clothes and don't have then they day ir day after they said they would be ready. Had to go purchase my husband an entire new suit to attend his father's funeral because they lost the suit. Still haven't heard from the owner and was told the owner is not available on multiple calls. Provided my phone number so they could give to the owner to call me and still haven't heard anything a full week later."

"They ruined my coat. I pursued them legally to obtain a settlement when they refused to contact me after 30 days. I am happy with the outcome thanks to the Justice System. STAY AWAY if you love your clothing."
