"Took in three shirts for cleaning and heavy starch. They starched the shirts with light starch and then dry cleaned embedding the dirt. I was then told they would not redo the garments, and I get no refund. Horrible customer service. The wife's owner is very irrational."

"Took in coat to have zipper replaced . Upon my call they said it was ready pick up. I only found it had the same broken zipper I requested to have replace , obviously a misunderstanding. .Owner said he would send it out n make it right .Pick my garment up today . I'm very pleased with the service n alterations well done."

"DO NOT go here. They lost my item and twice tried to give me a far inferior replacement. They destroyed an irreplaceable item then claimed that we should have told them if the items were important and to take it up with the place they send it out to. I should not have to explain that the items I am paying you to care for are important! This is not okay, and it is not acceptable service. I want my original items back and a replacement for the one you destroyed."
