I needed to clean a comforter; not only did the attendant show me which machine to use, she helped me start it; she showed me the correct dryer and suggested a time to dry. I was very impressed; I will return for all my larger format items! They also have drop-off service, and I watched her folding the items with great care, so I would recommend that, as well."
