Mason has done our taxes for most or all 6 years and he knows our information better than we do. He always knows the tax laws and keeps us on top of things while teaching us better ways of keeping records and documenting to make each year easier. Always thankful to get them done as early in the year as possible."

"I don't write reviews, but I had to come on here and just warn everyone how unprofessional and unorganized this place is. Gave them my business and personal taxes to do last March. They completed them in Sept. Well, they were wrong, entering wrong account numbers and caused and huge issue with the IRS and us getting late filing penalties and interest payments. I have a feeling we're going to get audit because of them once the IRS catches up. They failed every single step of the way. We're not going back here, and good luck if you try them. - In response to the owner comment. I'm not going to give you my real name and business name as you have all of my tax records and passwords and are able to do whatever you deem necessary with them. For as many times as you and your company failed to do things correctly, I'm not sure how vendictive you are and if you will do something unscrupulous with my information. And NO, I'M NOT CONFUSING YOU WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, Heather."

"Despite giving everything to them on time, they were 3 months late on my taxes, which caused me to owe a lot in penalties from both federal and state. I have tried to be understanding due to the circumstances, but they did not take responsibility for problems on their end. They also charged me full price for extremely late taxes. I am frustrated that we did everything right, yet this is what we receive. On top of that, it generally takes over a week to get replies from them. I cannot recommend them in any way."
