"Great customer service. Tyler was helpful and explained everything to us. We have used About Plumbing for a few years now.!"
"I would give them less than one star, but it won't let me. They are way over priced for what you get. They messed up so bad, I got a discount, but still paid too much for the unprofessional service. Had to argue to get that. They know I am leaving this review and didn't care. They can probably do basic plumbing repairs, but major repairs like water main replacement will be a nightmare. They didn't even do the plumbing right and had to fix that when they came to fo the landscaping and electrical repairs. I feel bad for some of the employee's. They do the best they can with what they have to work with. They tell me they are plumbers not landscapers. Talk to the boss a few days after the initial repair. He says he's a licensed electrician and landscaper as well. Which came in handy for him when his guy, who is a supervisor, broke the breaker box in my garage pulling the electrical wire with a backhoe (instead of shoveling to locate it, which they used shovels to do the repairs) that was exactly where he was told it would be. Cut my cable line where they were told it would be. Snagged the electrical conduit that was marked and the gas line to my garage that was marked. They made a 7 foot mess of dirt (much of it high) for what was probably and 18 inch bucket. My gate won't close with out lifting it. One spot it was at least a foot high over the original grade. Removed a step paver, then ran over it and broke it, along with 2 other pavers. Then they buried them. They didn't show up with the parts they needed even though they knew what they needed. So the boss left multiple times to get known parts needed. They needed a tiller and brought back an aerator, because it had rained this morning and too wet for the undersized tractor they brought. I will have to fix it myself at some point. I will be making a social media page with pictures to give a complete detailed break down of the unprofessional job they did and all the things I was told from office staff, owner, and supervisor. This is just a fraction of my experience. I might live in a trailer, but it doesn't mean I should get unprofessional work. Sadly I could have done better, but stupidly thought water mains had more requirements. Apparently all you need is some pex pipe and a shut off. I would not have believed this was real if I hadn't witnessed it myself"
"Showed up in an in bliss cannabis hat. Couldn't get my shower to stop leaking because they didn't have the part to fix it and charged $315 to install an outdoor frost free faucet.... Will NOT use again...."
"Unfortunately we forgot to unhook one of our garden hoses this winter which resulted it a cracked pipe and water leaking into our finished basement. I called About plumbing and they were able to come out to do the repair a few hours later. The plumber was friendly and quickly repaired the cracked pipe. I would definitely use this company again for any plumbing needs."
