"Ok, where to begin. In a simple word Gino and his wife are awesome. And most importantly, just like their company's name, they are honest people. On the scheduling, she accommodated us with time and date that was most convenient for us. They both called to let us know that Gino will be a little late. And it was literally just a few minutes late. That's how good their work ethic and reliability is to their client. We called them to inspect and clean the chimney for our 2 freestanding wood stoves. He inspected the chimney and found some issues that both systems are not suitable for use. He also found a problem on our dryer vent that could lead to a hazardous condition. It apparently vents into the basement ceiling instead of to the exterior of the house. Both are not good news for us but we're just thankful that we found these problems before a bigger problem could arise. He recommended a couple of companies that could fix it since it is beyond his scope of work. Their prices are reasonable. I compared them with several companies and their prices are lower than the others. He felt so bad that he didn't charge the chimney cleaning even though he vacuumed and cleaned a lot of creosote and only charged us for the chimney inspection on the 2 stoves and dryer vent inspection. I just wish we knew them earlier when we bought our house. If you are looking for a company that is reliable, values your hard earned money and honest then look no further. Their company is run only by him and his wife so we are glad to support small businesses. I would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommended them to anyone who needs his expertise."

"I had an amazing experience. They showed up on time and were incredibly flexible with me as I was trying to manage a few things that cropped up related to working from him. He was so patient and full of so much good information. He conducted a comprehensive analysis of our situation very quickly and was able to clear up and dispel some previously incorrect information we had been provided. "I wasn’t looking forward to having my chimney cleaned because all i knew about it was what I saw in that scene from Mary Poppins with tarps covering the furniture and soot all over the place. It was nothing like that. Gino was very tidy. Only one tarp and that was to catch the soot. A lot of soot! But his vacuum got about half of it before it reached the tarp, he told me. He completed the job in about an hour. I couldn’t tell he’d even been there except that the fireplace was clean. He explained everything he did and the inspection results. Gino is very personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about the service he provides. His pricing is a bit lower than most sweeps in the area. I will definitely be contacting him again next year but maybe sooner. I asked him for a quote to convert my fireplace to gas."
