"They are amazing. I brought in one of the heaviest and biggest weddings gowns for cleaning. The gown was pretty filthy at the bottom due to having it on while taking pictures outside and dragging it in grass and dirt. The dress had a lot beading and they did a great job with cleaning it without any damage. Highly recommend them!!"

"I brought my wedding dress in for a cleaning. It was very dirty, as we eloped in the redwood forest. My dress was cleaned beautifully. However, the dress is satin material, and when I picked my dress up the woman did not put my dress back on the hanger it came with. Instead she pinned it to a cardboard manikin like piece. This damaged my dress in multiple places where the pins were. That material cannot be pinned like that. I took it back and she tried her best to steam the damage out, and it was fixed a bit, but still damaged. I paid $240 for this cleaning. The dress was clean, but should not have been damaged in the process. I didn’t ask for my dress to be pinned to that cardboard cut out. I just wanted it put back on the hanger I brought it in with. All I asked was for $40 back, because I know she worked hard to clean my dress, but I worked hard to buy it! She only offered me a 5% discount on my next cleaning, but I don’t want to return here. So, I only asked for $40of the $240 that I paid. I felt that was fair because I understand she worked hard to clean it, but that doesn’t justify the damage. She laughed at me and gave me $20. I left sad. I felt like she tried to gaslight me. I will need my dress cleaned after my reception and I will NOT bring my dress back here and I suggest that you don’t either."
